Foreign Verification :-

The candidate has to apply to this office for the verification of Registration Particulars to any foreign country along with the following requirements :-

1. Application by the candidate on simple paper requesting the Registrar, PNRC, to send the verification to foreign country.
2. Verification Fee in the shape of Demand Draft only of Rs. 550/- (Verification fee=Rs. 500/- plus Postage = Rs. 50/-) in the favour of "THE REGISTRAR, PUNJAB NURSES REGISTRATION COUNCIL" payable at "CHANDIGARH" only. This is also to inform that cash and cheques are not accepted by this office. The draft should be payable at "CHANDIGARH" only and must be in the Indian currency.
3. Photocopy of Matric certificate showing date of birth of the candidate.
4. hotocopy of Registration Certificates of Registered Nurse and Midwife / ANM.
5. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate and newspaper cutting if the candidate has changed her name or added surname as the proof of change of name.
6. The Verification form should be filled in correctly.
7. The Verification form should be duly signed by the candidate.
