RE-CHECKING  -    OCT/NOV.  2008 EXAMS.

- Re-checking forms may be downloaded from http://forms.puchd.ac.in. of Panjab University, Chandigarh. Kindly deposit the re-checking fee (Rs. 110/- = cost of form + Rs. 250/- = Re-checking fee per subject) in the form of draft favoring "THE REGISTRAR, PANJAB UNIVERSITY, CHANDIGARH" payable at Chandigarh.

-    The re-checking forms along with the draft should be sent to The Registrar, Punjab Nurses Registration Council, SCO No. 109, Sector 40-C, Chandigarh.

 -  Last date of receipt of re-checking forms by the PNRC is one month from the date of declaration of the result i.e. 29.1.2009.
