GUIDELINES FOR OPENING NEW SCHOOL OF NURSING IN THE STATE OF PUNJAB. 

1.         Societies/Trust registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 on corresponding Acts in the State of Punjab / Public Trust/ Societies of Charitable Institutions registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882 Wakf Act etc.

2.         Proof of Registration with Registrar of Societies.

3.         Resolution by the Societies/ Trust etc. regarding its institution for establishing of the College of Nursing / School of Nursing.

4.         Proof of ownership of Land. The minimum required is three acres.

5.         Project Reports -

            * Existing financial assets and income.

            * Existing infrastructure, land, building, equipment, staff etc.

6.         Inspection Fee Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh only) in the form of bank draft in favour of "The Registrar, Punjab Nurses Registration Council" payable at Chandigarh.

7.         Undertaking to abide with the conditions for the Admission Rules, regulations issued from time to time by the Punjab Nurses Registration Council / Indian Nursing Council/ State Government.
